Andrew and Christina (and family)

This week we are celebrating Andrew and Christina’s recent closing on their first place.

It always makes me happy to open up an email or Facebook message that says “I’m reaching out to you because I’m looking to buy a house and so-and-so said you were THE one to call!”.

Thanks to Zoom, by the time we met in person we already felt like friends. These two were sooo organized and were ready to jump as soon as we found a place to call “home”.

We had to try a few offers before we snuck in on this one ;) and they were willing to make concessions to jump into the market. Andrew and Christina were very reasonable about having to give to get, but in the end we found one that checked all the boxes. Beautiful house for their family, garage, full basement and a huge rural yard with room for their new puppy!

We can’t wait to see how they make this house their Home <3
